Returns Policy

All returns should be accompanied by the original till receipt. Refunds will not issued without the original receipt. All returns shall be considered as Defective or Non-Defective. Wrong size, fit or uncomfortable are Non-Defective. Any variation in these terms shall be at the discretion of Hobbs Sports management.

Defective Returns

Any product that after inspection by Hobbs Sports or Supplier is deemed at fault by a material or manufacturing defect, will be repaired, exchanged, credited, or refunded, as appropriate, taking into due account age, and wear and tear.

Non-Defective Returns

Any New Product* can be returned for a full refund (or credit/exchange as appropriate) within 28 days of purchase. The product must be as unused in a clean, fully resalable condition with all original packaging. A period of grace post Christmas will be given.

*Promotional Sale Items are non-returnable. The above does not affect your statutory rights.
