Footwear Returns
As New
Clean and without marks. Not worn outdoors, and with original receipt and packaging, including box, within 28 days of purchase.
Action: Replacement, Credit or Refund as appropriate.
Faulty
Manufacturing and Material defects within reasonable wear and tear, if shoes returned with purchase receipt in a reasonably clean condition.
Action: Repair, Replacement, Credit or Refund as appropriate.
Non Returnable
- Shoes “Uncomfortable”.
- Sores or Blisters due to incorrect size chosen, or insufficient time and care in ‘breaking’ the new shoe in.
- Any other size / fit / comfort issue, unless covered by ‘As New’ above.
- Fair Wear and Tear.
- Damage to shoe by outside forces; i.e. a football boot stud ‘cut’ on an upper.
- ‘Big Toe Nail Hole’- Usually occurs on running shoes with light weight nylon uppers, where the user’s big toe nail wears a hole through the upper. Performance of the shoe is unaffected.
- Internal wear and tear, due to foot movement within shoe.
- Shoes ‘causing’ other problems (knees, back etc.).
Most of the above ‘problems’ can usually be resolved by careful consideration at the time of purchase. It must be remembered that the final purchase decision rests with the customer.
